I am an avid fan of Hans Olsson and his awesome website (http://hans-olsson.com/). In his latest post he shows what it takes to train like a world class downhiller. Working for the BC Provincial Team (The most downhill crazed Province in Canada) it is cool to be able to share with my boys just how strong one needs to be to compete at the World Cup level. Nose to the grindstone boyz… time to turn up the AWESOME!
